Clinical Supervison
Taking a collaborative approach means you will feel that you are
an active part of the process of change.

I am a Board Approved Supervisor who aims to support early career psychologists and Mental Health Practitioners in building and developing their professional identity and confidence. I believe supervision needs to be a safe, mutually respectful and encouraging space for exploration, reflection and growth to occur.

With experience in rehabilitation medicine, community mental health and private practice settings, I have supported and worked with a variety of clinical populations. My current practice focuses on supporting clients aged 17 & up with cultural identity rituals and acculturation difficulties, adjusting to chronic health conditions, managing chronic pain, and building a more meaningful life.
Therapeutic modalities I utilise include Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
